These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Polarynthia ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website polarynthia.com and our educational career transition services. Polarynthia provides educational career transition resources and professional skill assessment workshops for mid-career professionals. Our services include:

Our services are educational in nature. We do not provide recruitment services, job placement, employment guarantees, or employer connections. Career decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of each individual participant.

Eligibility

Our services are designed for mid-career professionals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for workshops or contacting us
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Polarynthia and other users
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services

Educational Nature of Services

Our workshops and resources are designed to provide educational guidance and frameworks for career transition planning. Participants are responsible for:

• Understanding that educational guidance does not constitute professional career counseling or guarantees

Workshop Participation

Workshop participation is subject to the following terms:

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination
